MB Fitness - Personal Training Background Matt Brennan
In the summer of 2002 I decided to retrain and pursue a career working in the fitness industry. I have always been heavily involved in sports through playing semi-professional football and refereeing. By the end of 2002 I had set up MB fitness after qualifying through Premier Global training. I mainly work from my personal training suite at the Millennium Martial Arts Centre. Iam affiliated with Ipswich town football Club and Coppleston School and their S.E.T.E.C. football scheme as a sports therapist. I have also worked with the Ipswich Town Ladies Football Club as their sports therapist. My motivation for the work I do is helping clients to achieve their goals. The aims and reasons my clients have for training with me are varied and include the following: - RSI

My qualifications: Diploma in personal training (including circuit training and nutrition) Diploma in sports therapy (including sports massage and body massage) UEFA Level 2 Coaching in Football Other Fitness CoachesMercedes Buckle Health and fitness have always played a large part in my life, from an early age. I qualified as a personal trainer and sports therapist in 2005 through Premier Training Int in Cambridge, and have since been working in the industry. Horse riding is a major hobby, owning 3 horses. Also I play hockey 2 times a week for local teams.
