 Personal training is all about YOU. Busy gyms don’t have the time to help you reach your fitness goals. Clients find the quiet, private atmosphere of the MB Fitness personal training suite is better suited to them than a hectic gym; there is no waiting for equipment or feeling self-conscious of other gym members.

You will be given a variety of tests including:

* Blood Pressure
* Lung Function
* Weight
* Body fat
* Body measurements

The frequency that you train depends entirely on your personal goals and how much time you want to devote to your health. If personal training will be your only form of exercise then ideally, for maximum results you should train 2-3 a week. However many people train once a week, fortnightly or even once a month but also train at home or in the gym on their own with an exercise plan devised by MB Fitness and achieve excellent results.
