We also run women's only MRT classes. Olympic Lifting is a technical workout which teaches you the basics of how to lift weights properly. Once the basics are learnt your progression in all types of weight training will be immense. Thump Boxing is a boxing skills class with some added extras! this is for all abilities where you learn more skills without hitting anyone....well, apart from boxing pads! Balls and Bells is another functional class which aims to increase core strength. The "balls" are medicine balls and the "Bells" are Kettlebells, the two will give you a great combo workout! Women's Self Defence This class will give you more confidence on the streets and teach you how to defend yourself the best way possible if ever put in a situation. Aerobics We needed to put an 'old classic' into our programme, however this upbeat class is no way old news! Lighten Up is our weekly class if you need guidance to losing weight. A weekly weigh in, followed by nutritional advice and finished off with a fat busting workout will get you the results you need! Foam Roller is a slow paced stretching class. Stretching and flexibility is a key component in looking after your body. Specialist classesPole Dancing is a feminine phenomenon that brings women of all shapes, sizes and walks of life together. It’s a workout that allows you to explore and express your inner-self, have fun and meet new friends and most importantly develop your strength, fitness and confidence.
Yoga Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga with a unique breath synchronised movement system, we work through a set sequence of postures that detoxifies the body, builds strength, flexibility and stamina. When you become familiar with the postures this gives the mind the opportunity to calm down and you become absorbed in the flow of your breath. Expect to work hard in this class and after the final relaxation feel energised and refreshed!
Pilates is an exercise method, designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance. Tai Chi is for all abilities and ages, this class is a Chinese system of slow meditative physical exercise designed for relaxation and balance and health.
